Digital Products & Services

All products offered by The Provenance Space are digital products delivered electronically. This includes Valuation & Market context Reports, documentation templates, fillable PDFs, guides, checklists, sample files, and downloadable ZIP packages.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the files has been granted.


1) General policy (all purchases)

All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless TPS confirms an exception in writing.

Because TPS provides digital services and digital downloads, we cannot accept returns and we do not offer refunds once delivery or fulfillment has begun.


2) Digital downloads (Template Kit — $9)

The Pre-Sale Documentation Template Kit is a digital download.
Once the download link is delivered, accessed, or the file is made available, the purchase is non-refundable.

Please check before purchase: file type/format, compatibility with your device, and product description.


3) Digital services (Identification, Valuation & Market Context Report — $19)

The Report Service is a time-based, research-driven digital service.

Because work begins once your request is accepted and/or fulfilled, the service is non-refundable, including (but not limited to) the following situations:

  • you change your mind after payment,

  • you later decide not to sell,

  • you disagree with findings or the estimated value range,

  • you find different opinions elsewhere,

  • the item cannot be definitively identified (in such cases, we may provide supported hypotheses),

  • marketplace conditions change after the report is delivered.


4) Intake-first workflow and completeness

TPS uses an intake-first process to reduce incomplete orders. If your submission is missing key details (e.g., measurements or clear photos of marks), we may request additional information.

If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to proceed. In this case, the order remains non-refundable, because administrative review and time have been committed.


5) Limited exceptions (when TPS may help)

We may, at our discretion, offer a remedy (such as re-delivery, correction, or an update) if:

  • you were charged in error (duplicate payment),

  • you did not receive the digital file/report due to a verified delivery issue, or

  • there is a clear technical fault with the file (e.g., corrupt download).

Note: These remedies are not guaranteed refunds. Where appropriate, we may re-send the download link, re-deliver the report, or provide a corrected file.


6) Delivery issues and support

If you experience a delivery problem, contact [info@theprovenancespace.com] within [7] days of purchase and include:

  • the email used at checkout/invoice,

  • your receipt/invoice number (if available),

  • a brief description of the issue.


7) Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.


8) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.
